Phu Bia Mining (PBM) recently marked a significant milestone by recognizing 161 graduates, including 134 Lao employees and 27 contractors, who successfully completed the company’s Supervisory Skills Development Programme. The ceremony, which took place at the Lao Plaza Hotel in Vientiane on February 16, highlighted the achievements of the 13th cohort since the programme’s inception in 2011. This initiative underscores PBM’s commitment to fostering local talent and leadership within its operations.
