( April 27, 2026, 13:57 GMT | Official Statement) — MLex Summary: The US Commerce Department has determined solar cells from Indonesia, Laos and India are sold or likely to be sold at less than fair value in the US. The preliminary determination follows investigations that ran from July 2024 through June 2025 for Indonesian and Indian imports and January through June 2025 for Laotian imports.See attached files….
