Ahead of Memorial Day, one local artist painted a memorial barn tribute in the Ohio Valley, honoring fallen soldiers.
Scott Hagan, an artist who has been painting barns for about 26 years, finished the painting in just 6 days. It it is dedicated to six young men who lost their lives during the Vietnam War.
